2024 Conference
INVITATION TO THE 62% NATIONAL CONFERENCE AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE NIGERIAN LIBRARY ASSOCIATION
On behalf of the Council, Nigerian Library Association (NLA), I invite all Librarians, Information Scientists, Archivists, LIS Educators, Exhibitors, Publishers, Authors, Booksellers, Friends of the Library and all other stakeholders, to the 62 National Conference and Annual General Meeting of the Association.
The conference with the theme "Promoting Diversity and Inclusiveness through Innovative Library and Information Service Delivery in Nigeria" is scheduled to hold from 7th - 12th July, 2024 at the CBN Center of Excellence, University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The conference is expected to attract participants from all states of Nigeria.
The conference activities will take place from 8th - 11th July, and will include:
- Paper presentations
- Discussions
- Annual general meeting
- Exhibition of library materials, equipment etc.
- Tour of interesting sites in Port Harcourt
- Awards night
