    Dear All, 
    Applications/Nominations are invited from qualified members of the Nigerian Library Association (NLA) for the under-listed awards and the Fellowship of the Nigerian Library Association (FNLA) for the year 2025. All awards will be presented at the 2026 National Conference/AGM of the Association (MINNA, 2026). The following Awards are open for contest and nominations:


    1. Fellowship of the Nigerian Library Association (FNLA) Award.
    2. Award for Young Library & Information Professionals (yLIPs), 2025.
    3. NLA Merit Award, 2025.
    4. Eminent Service Award, 2025.
    5. Best State Chapter Award, 2025.
    6. Best State Public Library Service Award, 2025.
    7. Best NLA Section Award, 2025.
    8. Best Library Week Activity Chapter Award, 2025.
    9. Dr. T. M.Salisu Award for the Most Published Librarian, 2025.
    10. Dr. Victoria Okojie Award for Advocacy and Promotion of Library & Information Services, 2025.
    11. Mrs. G. O. Odusanmi Award for the Best Best Librarian in Government Libraries in Nigeria, 2025.
    12. Professor Lenrie Olatokumbo Aina Award for the Best Library & Information Science Scholarly Journal Produced in Nigeria, 2025.
     

    Interested members are to note that:
    * Qualified members can apply for more than one Award in a year.
    * Members are advised to carefully check the criteria for each award before making the application.
